1. 基本方針
「AR方角サーチ」（以下、本アプリ）は、ユーザーのプライバシーの保護を最優先事項として考えています。本アプリは、不必要な個人情報の収集や外部サーバーへの送信を行いません。
2. 取得する情報とその目的
本アプリは機能を提供するために以下のデバイス機能を使用しますが、取得されたデータは端末内のみで一時的に処理され、開発者を含む第三者に送信または蓄積されることはありません。

位置情報 (GPS/Location):
目的地の方向および距離を計算するためにのみ使用します。この処理はすべてユーザーの端末内で行われ、ネットワークを介して外部へ送信されることはありません。

カメラ (Camera):
AR HUD機能において、リアルタイムの風景を背景として描画するためにのみ使用します。カメラのプレビュー映像データが録画、保存、または外部へ送信されることはありません。

住所・地名検索 (Geocoding):
「住所や地名から検索」機能を利用する際、入力されたキーワードのみが座標解決のために「Nominatim (OpenStreetMap)」API サーバーへ送信されます。この検索において個人を特定する情報は送信されません。
個人情報の外部送信について
本アプリは広告配信やアナリティクスなどのサードパーティ製追跡SDKを含んでいません。検索機能で使用する Nominatim API を除き、本アプリからインターネットを経由して情報が送信されることは一切ありません。
3. データの保存
本アプリに登録された目的地（緯度・経度・名称）およびお気に入りのデータは、端末内のローカルストレージ（Shared Preferences）に暗号化または安全な形で保存されます。これらのデータはアプリをアンインストールすることで完全に削除されます。
4. 免責事項
本アプリの利用により発生した直接的または間接的な損失、損害、トラブルについて、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。周囲の安全に十分に注意し、歩行中などの危険な状態での操作は絶対にお控えください。

1. Basic Policy
"AR Wayfinder" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any unnecessary personal information to external servers.
2. Information Collected and Its Purpose
The App utilizes the following device permissions to provide its core functionalities. All retrieved data is processed temporarily on your device and is never sent to or accumulated by any third party, including the developer.

Location (GPS):
Used solely to calculate the direction and distance to your destination. This processing is performed entirely on your device and is not transmitted externally over the network.

Camera:
Used solely to display the real-time background view for the AR HUD feature. Camera preview data is never recorded, saved, or sent externally.

Address/Place Search (Geocoding):
When using the "Search by Address or Place Name" feature, only the entered search text is sent to the "Nominatim (OpenStreetMap)" API server to resolve coordinates. No personally identifiable information is sent during this process.
External Transmission of Information
The App does not contain third-party tracking SDKs for advertisements or analytics. Aside from the Nominatim API used during searches, no information is transmitted from the App over the internet.
3. Data Storage
Destination and favorite locations (names, latitudes, and longitudes) saved by the user are stored locally on the device (Shared Preferences). This data is completely deleted when the App is uninstalled.
4. Disclaimer
The developer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or trouble caused by the use of the App. Please pay close attention to your surroundings and avoid operating the App in dangerous situations, such as while walking.
